McPherson has hopes high for the winter as Stynes strikes

Plenty of jump trainers will be asked for horses to follow in the next few weeks and Graeme McPherson has high hopes for Ami Desbois, whose stablemate Stynes ran away with the 2m2½f handicap hurdle.

Both horses are owned by the enthusiastic EPDS Racing Partnership, although it is unlikely they will be cheering on Stynes again at Newcastle on Saturday.
