Curragh trainer James Nash has been a fairly frequent visitor to Britain in recent weeks, having saddled half a dozen in the last fortnight. His trip to Aintree certainly proved worthwhile, as 13-year-old Your Busy's second in the veterans' chase was followed by a five-length win for Massini's Trap in the 2m4f handicap hurdle.

"He'd been disappointing in the blinkers this season," said Nash of Massini's Trap, "but looked like the winner at Southwell the time before last and just didn't stay, so we thought we'd drop him back in trip and wait for a decent pot. I'm delighted for the owners, as he's a homebred."
