Magic 'bean' leaves Rosie Margarson walking tall with first win under rules

Rosie Margarson described herself as being on "cloud 20" after she partnered her beloved Caribbean Spring to a first win under rules in the 1m amateur riders' handicap.

Last Friday the pair combined for another victory in a charity race at Ascot, and they were at it again as the five-year-old powered clear by three and a quarter lengths on the Fibresand.

"I was on cloud nine and now I'm on cloud 20," an overjoyed Margarson said. "What a mega little horse he is. I ride him at home and he's a cheeky little chap but you could put a kid on him at the races, he's so professional."
