Ding Ding continues to make a case for legendary status at her local course after adding a sixth win to the acclaim of a sun-drenched crowd.

The diminutive mare and her trusted rider Marc Goldstein made light of shouldering top weight of 12st to get favourite backers off to the perfect start in the 2m4½f mares' handicap hurdle.

Ding Ding is also good for carbon footprints as she doesn't like being on a horsebox for longer than half an hour, so being trained down the road in Lewes by Sheena West is a perfect fit for Plumpton.
