Kim Bailey beaming after Vinndication shines on chase debut

Vinndication extended his unbeaten record to five with victory on his chasing debut, much to the delight of trainer Kim Bailey.

Winner of a bumper and three novice hurdles including at Listed level, Vinndication is part of an exciting young team at Bailey's stable and landed the 2m4f novice chase with authority from Uncle Alastair in a race that should work out well.

"He was very fresh and that would done him the world of good and hopefully there's a lot of improvement to come," said Bailey. "He was a baby last season and he's now twice the size he was. He's a lovely horse and I'm very lucky to have him."
