Hurdling prospect Komodo boosts his value with third win

Anyone fancy a hurdler? If so, three-year-old Komodo could be the ideal horse. He is on the market and made it three wins from six runs by landing the 1m2f handicap under PJ McDonald.

He didn't win by far, but the pace was ordinary and he did enough to score by a length and a quarter from front-running Save The Bees.

He is owned by Geoff and Sandra Turnbull and is trained by Jedd O'Keeffe, who said: "He's a smashing horse to train, he does everything you ask of him. His owners have plenty of fillies and mares so they tend to sell their geldings, and he's been for sale all year.
