Henderson scoops another Future Stars Chase after fine performance from Pym

Nicky Henderson has targeted the likes of Might Bite and Santini at the Future Stars Intermediate Chase in recent seasons and although Pym is not of their calibre, he was an authoritative winner of this year's race under Nico de Boinville.

The seven-year-old was pulled up on his final two starts last season and looked to have a stiff task on his return as he had to give 6lb to 4-9 favourite If The Cap Fits.

Despite being ridden into some fences early on, he put up a fine front-running performance to win by two and a half lengths to give the duo their third win in the Listed event in the last four years.
