Hanlon targets Galway again with Cyclone after sparkling display

A third tilt at the Guinness Galway Hurdle next year is Shark Hanlon's cherished ambition for his sprightly 11-year-old Hidden Cyclone, who brought his tally of victories to 16 when making all in the 2m rated hurdle.

Results and analysis

Fourth in the Galway Hurdle in 2015, Hidden Cyclone finished second in Ireland's most valuable hurdle race in July when running Clondaw Warrior to within half a length and Hanlon is hoping his veteran campaigner might go one better at Ballybrit next summer.
