Theatre Territory, who was placed in two of her three bumpers last season, made the smooth transition to hurdling and looks one to follow after an easy win in the mares' maiden hurdle.

In a race in which most of the action was invisible due to fog, she reportedly jumped well and drew away from the second-last to score by nine lengths from bumper winner Canoodle, who in turn was 11 lengths clear of the remainder.
