Euro Nightmare surpassed the expectations of long-serving owner Stuart Morrison to secure a valuable Listed race success on the sunny west coast of Scotland.

The victory rounded off a fabulous day for Morrison, who 30 minutes earlier saw Tanasoq, a horse he part-owns, land the 5f handicap.

Morrison was hoping for a place at best for Euro Nightmare when she took on six rivals in the third running of the £50,000 Rothesay Stakes.
