The dream is turning into reality for trainer Dan Skelton as a landmark double century is within his grasp after two more winners highlighted by Born Survivor giving him a third successive success in the £50,000 Hillhouse Quarry Handicap Chase.

What looked a stiff task a couple of weeks ago now looks eminently reachable, as with 15 days to he needs just ten winners.

He said: "The original plan for Born Survivor was the Topham last week and we declared him, but then it rained and the ground went soft so we took him out. I'd love to give him a go in that race if the ground was good."
