Ashadihan booked her place at Lingfield on Good Friday courtesy of an impressive victory in the fast-track qualifier.

A winner of the Group 3 Chartwell Fillies' Stakes at Lingfield for trainer Kevin Ryan last year, Ashadihan also brought Group 1 form into the £20,000 contest over seven furlongs, having finished sixth and fifth in the Coronation Stakes and Falmouth Stakes last summer.

Jockey Kevin Stott, standing in for regular partner Jamie Spencer, was wary of the threat posed by Charlie Appleby-trained favourite Mise En Rose, who was ultimately third behind Volunteer Point, but felt his mount's turn of foot was decisive in securing a length and a half win.
