John McConnell landed the 7½f handicap with Nothing To Lose and in the process earned a full house having now saddled winners in England, Scotland, Wales and his native Ireland.

More trips across the Irish Sea are likely for the County Meath trainer, who had to settle for a third and well beaten from his other two runners. He has his eye on a maiden at the next meeting for a recent Ayr second.

"It's a beautiful course and we were well looked after," said O'Connell after his first Welsh winner and seventh in all in Britain this year.
