Course specialist attempts to continue love affair with Hamilton and top summer jumper lines up at Plumpton
Punting pointers for Sunday's meetings . . .

Hamilton: Course experience to carry Iris Dancer through
Iris Dancer boasts more course experience and success than the rest of the field combined in the 6f fillies’ handicap (3.43). The seasoned mare has nine wins from 32 visits to the Scottish track, while her rivals collectively have just three wins from eight appearances.
This season the Tristan Davidson-trained seven-year-old has maintained a 50 per cent strike-rate here, winning three of six starts. In the others she finished third, sixth and fourth.
Andrew Mullen, aboard for her last five runs, keeps the ride, and she is only 1lb higher than when scoring here at the end of last month.
Hamilton stat: Rebecca Menzies
The trainer has been successful in her last two attempts of the 5f handicap (2.43) in 2022 and 2024. She runs last year's winner Kyber Crystal.
Listowel: Hat-trick winner in waiting?
Gavin Cromwell’s Pampar Lady has every chance to complete her hat-trick in the 2m2f mares’ handicap hurdle (3.28).
Both previous wins came last month, when she broke her maiden at Cork before following up at Kilbeggan by a cumulative six lengths. Before that the six-year-old had posted a strong effort when runner-up at Roscommon.
Amateur jockey Eoin Staples takes over from Keith Donoghue, and his 7lb claim offsets the rise she received for her latest success, meaning she will effectively be running off the same mark.
Pampar Lady has raced only once at this track, finishing second.
Plumpton: Howth's possible Cheltenham aim
Howth could take a step towards a lofty final target this year when bidding for a fifth win of the campaign in the 2m handicap hurdle (3.50) at Plumpton.
The Tom Lacey-trained six-year-old has lost only once in five starts this season, scoring at Market Rasen and Fakenham before landing a Newton Abbot double last month.
Success would draw his tally level with Art Of Diplomacy, the winningmost jumps horse this season, and continue a fine summer for the Value Racing Club syndicate.
Syndicate manager James Couldwell said: "He was a good Flat horse and was rated 100 for Aidan O'Brien at one point. He's been an absolute natural since we've sent him jumping and the only time he's lost is when the ground was a lot softer than the description.
"I think he's the best horse in the race on recent form and if we win we could look at one more race at Cheltenham or the Welsh Champion Hurdle."
Plumpton stat: Tom Lacey
The trainer has had a 50 per cent strike-rate at the track this season in handicap hurdles. He saddles Howth in the 2m contest (3.50) with Stan Sheppard booked to ride.
Southwell: Fanshawe filly bids to maintain fine form
The James Fanshawe-trained Charmaine has not finished outside the top three since March, producing six solid performances. The four-year-old bids to continue that form in the 1m4f handicap (5.40)
The filly has won two of those starts, most recently five runs ago at Kempton, with a course victory before that.
Since those back-to-back wins she has not managed to get her head in front, but has remained consistent and continued to progress, posting a career-high RPR of 92 last time when runner-up again at this track.
Daniel Muscutt keeps the ride, having partnered her in all six of those runs.
Fanshawe said: "She's been really consistent this season and has got some nice form on the all-weather, including at the track. She should run well and there's some good prize-money on offer."
