Deauville and the Curragh steal the show on Sunday with a plethora of Group races to enjoy, including two at the highest level in France with So Mi Dar leading the British challenge in the Prix Jean Romanet (2.45) and Nyaleti one of three flying the flag in the Prix Morny (3.30).

There is also a familiar flavour to the Prix Kergorlay (4.10), with Pallasator, last year's winner Nearly Caught, his stablemate Marmelo and Desert Skyline contesting the 1m7f Group 2 event.

Over in Ireland, you will not be surprised to read Aidan O'Brien and Ryan Moore team up with the market leaders in the Curragh Stakes (2.45) with Declarationofpeace and Happily in the Debutante Stakes (3.20), while the Ballydoyle trainer is responsible for three of the six runners in the Futurity Stakes (2.10), won by Churchill, Gleneagles and War Command in recent years.

Don't forget Pontefract, either, with the Listed Flying Fillies' Stakes (4.00) the highlight of a mammoth eight-race card, and jump racing fans should not despair. They are catered for courtesy of Southwell and Tramore. There really can be no complaints.
