Weld confident as Simannka steps up in class for four-timer

Simannka, an easy winner of the Ulster Oaks Handicap at Down Royal 16 days ago, steps up in grade as she bids to make it four wins in a row, but she will be tackling the trip for the first time as she takes on seven rivals.
The daughter of Mastercraftsman is trained by Dermot Weld, who said yesterday: "Simannka is a very consistent filly. This will be a step up in class for her but I expect another very good run from her. She's very adaptable in terms of ground."
