Top trainer Michael Bell and Racing TV pundit Martin Dixon join the panel

What takes your fancy in the first £1m Ebor?

Michael Bell, trainer It's such a small weight range in the race these days that most of the horses are thoroughly exposed and it's hard to find a potential improver, but Raheen House looks to have been given a light campaign with this in mind. He's trained by a Yorkshireman who needs the money and granted a clear run he could be the one to back.

Martin Dixon, Racing TV pundit I've backed two horses. I think Raheen House has been laid out for the race and I like his draw in stall nine. He arrives fresh and I suspect William Haggas has had his eye on this big prize since he's had him. I've also backed Desert Skyline, who is a talented stayer on his day and the change in headgear to a first-time visor from cheekpieces could motivate him in a race which should suit.

Pietro Innocenzi, tipster Although he could have done with easier ground, I've had a bit each-way on The Grand Visir. He's only 5lb higher than when winning at Royal Ascot in June and did well to finish as close as he did at Newbury last month having raced wide throughout. He has won on fast ground, albeit on debut over two years ago, and he'll definitely get cover from his low draw.
