Three runners to note on tonight's Kempton card
It is double delight for all-weather fans, as Kempton's twilight card follows on from this afternoon's fare at Wolverhampton. Here are three runners to note.
With a price tag of 1.2 million guineas, it is hoped this kind of race will be a stepping stone to better things for Ispolini.
The Charlie Appleby-trained colt shaped promisingly on debut at Nottingham when fourth, and that race has already provided a winner. He was odds-on that day, and although he has a wide draw this evening, is a short price to make it second time lucky.
The colours of Melbourne 10 Racing have been in action a lot recently on the all-weather for Jamie Osborne, and this four-year-old makes his debut for connections.
Formerly trained by Ger Lyons, Reckless Endeavour enjoys the all-weather, with two wins at Dundalk, and fetched 50,000 guineas at the sales last month.
A Kempton regular in every sense of the word, Lutine Charlie has his 34th outing at the track this evening, bidding for a third victory.
The ten-year-old was in decent form when last seen, finishing third at Brighton in August, and is the only course and distance winner in the field.
