The hot trainers, jockeys and horses to follow on day two at Royal Ascot

At the Racing Post, we know the must-have information ahead of Royal Ascot 2019. Our experts pick out the hottest trainers, in-form jockeys and flying horses ahead of racing on Wednesday

William Haggas
Sea Of Class's trainer has had more than a dozen winners since the start of June and his star filly makes her return in the Prince Of Wales's Stakes (3.40). Haggas, who won Tuesday's finale with Addeybb, also runs Pretty Baby and Move Swifty in the Duke Of Cambridge (4.20) and Seniority (5.00).

Charlie Appleby
Godolphin trainer Charlie Appleby has had five winners from 14 runners in the past fortnight, at a 36 per cent strike-rate, and struck on day one of the royal meeting with Blue Point in the King's Stand Stakes. He has five runners on day two with Jalmoud in the Queen's Vase (3.05) appealing as one of his best chances. He also runs Moonlight Spirit in the same race.

Oisin Murphy
Murphy has set a blistering pace in the jockeys' title race, with 43 winners since the start of May. He has a good book of rides with Lambeth Walk (2.30), Dashing Willoughby (3.05), Veracious (4.20), Robin Of Navan (5.00) and Illusionist (5.35).

Jamie Spencer
Placing £10 on all of Spencer's mounts on the straight course at Royal Ascot would have yielded a profit of £778 and has big-priced rides on Eminent Authority (3.05), Indian Blessing (4.20) and Clon Coulis (5.00).

Magical
Finished last season on a high, winning the Fillies & Mares on Champions Day before pushing Enable close at the Breeders' Cup. Has returned in fine form, easily winning all three starts this term, and heads to the Princes Of Wales's Stakes (3.40) operating at the top of her game.

New Graduate
Dotted up from three subsequent winners at Ripon last time and James Tate's progressive colt goes to the Royal Hunt Cup under Frankie Dettori (5.00). Impressive five length winner at Ripon last time and expected to run well.
