The luckless Convey gets another chance to get his head in front in a competitive renewal of a mile contest that has been won by subsequent Group winners Custom Cut and Rio De La Plata in recent times.
Top-rated of the eight runners on 111, Convey posted his best effort when finishing second to Home Of The Brave in the Group 3 Jury Stakes at Haydock in May but has had little luck since.
