BORN TO BE, a maiden winner over the trip at Cork last month, represents John Oxx, who won this Listed event with the colt's sire Born To Sea in 2011.

Declan McDonogh's mount faces six rivals and Oxx said yesterday: "Born To Be is in good form. He's taking a big step up in class but he likes soft ground so we're hoping for a good run."

Aidan O'Brien is two-handed with Istan, who won a nursery over today's distance at the Curragh on his most recent start in July, and Leo Minor, who beat recent Naas winner Noivado when getting off the mark at that same track last month.
