1.45 Haydock
Betfair Superior Mile Stakes (Group 3), 1m
The testing conditions in Merseyside will certainly play in the strength of veteran miler Stormy Antarctic. On his six starts with the ground soft or more testing he has won four, with the two defeats coming at Group 1 level.

Mystery Smiles
2.00 Kempton
Unibet 3 Uniboosts A Day Sirenia Stakes (Group 3), 6f
This two-year-old son of Mehmas has been progressing well this season, winning at Windsor and Chester before a fine third in the Group 2 Gimcrack Stakes at York. He sets a high standard now dropped in grade.

Favorite Moon
2.15 Haydock
Best Odds On The Betfair Exchange Handicap, 1m6f
William Haggas trains two of the five runners in this race, including Favorite Moon, who was an impressive winner over course and distance on his penultimate start. He defeated Subjectivist that day, who has since gone on to win at Group 3 level.

Enable
2.35 Kempton
Unibet September Stakes (Group 3), 1m4f
The final step on the path back to Longchamp is a familiar one for Enable as she attempts for a second win in the September Stakes. Winner of the King George last time, the mount of Frankie Dettori beat Crystal Ocean here two years ago and should be able to head to Paris in winning form.

Cape Coast
2.50 Haydock
Betfair Exchange Old Borough Cup Handicap, 1m6f
The Mark Johnston-trained runner has shown an excellent level of form since returning from a three-year absence. He battled well to win at Newmarket the last day and has a leading chance once again despite a 5lb hike from the handicapper.

Kipps
3.05 Ascot
Lavazza Stakes, 1m4f
It has been a frustrating campaign for Hughie Morrison and Kipps but a return to Ascot could finally see this talented son of War Command get off the mark in 2020. He has finished in the frame three times without winning this year, including when a half-a-length second to Hukum at Royal Ascot. Maybe Saturday will finally be his day.

Art Power
3.25 Haydock
Betfair Sprint Cup Stakes (Group 1), 6f
This sprinter looked electric at the start of the year, highlighted by his brilliant performance at Royal Ascot. He then stepped up again to win at Group 3 level and, when considered a big challenge to Battaash, ran a disappointing race in the Nunthorpe. Testing conditions are in his favour and it will be interesting to see how he copes in a deep race over six furlongs.

Jonah Jones
3.40 Ascot
Tweenhills Follow The Foals Handicap, 6f
Ed Walker has won this sprint twice in the past two years and relies on Jonah Jones to complete the hat-trick. The four-year-old has put a string of decent efforts in since joining the yard and looks well handicapped off a mark of 89.

Danzeno
4.00 Haydock
Betfair Each Way Edge Be Friendly Handicap, 5f
The classy veteran Danzeno has been in great form this season and now looks to build on his placed efforts with a win. His last success came at this venue and he finished second to Sprint Cup runner Glen Shiel at Newcastle.

Accidental Agent
4.15 Ascot
Porsche Handicap, 7f
It will be fascinating to see how Accidental Agent runs now back in handicaps for the first time since 2017. He won the Challenge Cup over course and distance, beating another subsequent top-level winner in Lord Glitters, and the 2018 Queen Anne Stakes winner has finished midfield in four runs this season.
