One key runner from each of the six ITV4 races on Thursday

Last Sunset
1.50 Newmarket
Bentley Motors Nursery Handicap, 1m
It is interesting to see Frankie Dettori back in the Godolphin silks for Saeed bin Suroor. His ride has some strong form in the book, having won impressively on debut before finishing second behind two fairly useful sorts. Last Sunset makes her nursery debut off a mark of 84 and there should be plenty more to come from this daughter of Teofilo.
Arctic Sound
2.05 Pontefract
Simon Scrope Dalby Screw-Driver Handicap, 1m2f
The Mark Johnston-trained representative was a Group 3 winner on this day of the season two years ago and makes plenty of appeal in Pontefract's tricky handicap. He showed plenty of promise to bounce back to form with a third at Ayr a week ago and is now dropped in grade. A 1lb rise may not be enough to stop him.

2.25 Newmarket
British Stallion Studs EBF Premier Fillies' Handicap, 6f
Andrea Atzeni has an impressive 30 per cent strike-rate when riding for Andrew Balding, which makes the chances of this last-time-out winner even more appealing. The three-year-old was impressive in a novice contest at Goodwood the last day.
2.40 Pontefract
William Hill Lengthen #YourOdds Handicap, 1m4f
Last seen in the Champion Hurdle, it will be fascinating to see if there is more to come from Not So Sleepy on the Flat. The Hughie Morrison-trained eight-year-old finished fourth in the Cesarewitch when last seen in this code before two emphatic hurdle wins at Ascot. He went up 20lb over hurdles last season so perhaps there is room for improvement off his Flat rating of 94.

3.00 Newmarket
Tattersalls Stakes (Group 3), 7f
It has been a frustrating campaign for this William Haggas-trained runner who has had to settle for second in four of his last five starts. But that form sets a high standard in this competitive Group 3 heat and he looks primed to finally get the big-race victory he deserves.
Withhold
3.35 Newmarket
Jockey Club Rose Bowl Stakes (Listed), 2m
The Roger Charlton-trained stayer is looking to preserve his unbeaten record when visiting Newmarket. The former Northumberland Plate and Cesarewitch winner won this race by six lengths last season and looks the one to beat after a promising second at Salisbury last time.
