The Group 3 Hamburg Trophy, abandoned with the rest of the Hamburg card last Friday after torrential rain, has been resurrected and will be run today at Hanover as the Maxios-Rennen, with the same prize-money and conditions - and the same British visitor.

The Hughie Morrison-trained Not So Sleepy is the visitor in question and is the mount of Andreas Suborics.

The Chester Listed winner, who was 11th in the Wolferton Handicap at Royal Ascot last time, travelled from Hamburg to Hanover yesterday and Morrison said: "It's not ideal and we were hoping for a smaller field and softer going. However, the horse is in Germany, so we're going to run.
