The freakishly dry autumn has upset the plans of jumps trainers, but Charlie Longsdon will not be complaining if Germany Calling strikes today after being dragged off his holidays.

The trainer drew stumps with the seven-year-old after a busy summer ended with success at Bangor, only for the weather to intervene.
