Mark Johnston has asked some stiff questions of Fireglow, who answered in the affirmative when fourth in the 1,000 Guineas and then second in the Musidora Stakes over ten furlongs.

Having reverted to a mile when well behind in the Coronation, Johnston expects the intermediate nine-furlong trip of today's Prix Chloe at Chantilly to be ideal.
