ITV Racing tips: one key runner from each race on ITV on day four of Goodwood

ITV will be broadcasting five live races from Glorious Goodwood on Friday. The action on day four features some high-class names, notably Battaash, Dragon Symbol and Baaeed, and we've got you covered for the day's terrestrial TV coverage.

Glorious Goodwood Friday: ITV Racing tips

Our Spotlight experts select their best bets for day four of Glorious Goodwood

Unibet 3 Boosts A Day Goodwood Handicap, 2m4½f

Elysian Flame was not far off the mark when third in the Ascot Stakes in his first test over 2m4f and is only 2lb higher for that effort. Weight may play into the hands of the David-Simcock trained Smart Champion, who has a 6lb lower mark than when third in this race last year and is paired with 5lb claimer Saffie Osborne.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: PLATFORM NINETEEN

648 days off when asserting in no uncertain fashion at Beverley (2m, soft) 17 days ago

Paul Kealy's banker for day four of Glorious Goodwood

Bonhams Thoroughbred Stakes, Group 3, 1m

Baaeed remains unbeaten after landing Listed success at Newmarket earlier this month by four lengths. The William Haggas-trained three-year-old has impressed with each race and is the one to beat in his first test at Group level. Dee Stakes winner El Drama may thrive dropping down in distance and class after two disappointing runs at Group 1 level for Roger Varian. Royal Ascot runner-up Tasman Bay is likely to be vying for the placings.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: BAAEED

Demolished some talented rivals last time and this exciting colt holds leading claims

The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' horse racing tips at Glorious Goodwood on Friday

Unibet Golden Mile Handicap, 1m

Magical Morning and Path Of Thunder both come into the Golden Mile on the back of authoritative handicap wins, with the former's Sandown success coming at the expense of Maydanny, who reopposes. Last year's winning trainer David O'Meara fields five and will be hoping Rhoscolyn can build on Sunday's close-fought second at Listed level.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: RHOSCOLYN

Largely progressive for this yard; second in Listed race five days ago; highly respected

Friday's free racing tips: six horses to back on day four of Glorious Goodwood

King George Qatar Stakes, Group 2, 5f

Battaash goes for his fifth successive win in this race for Jim Crowley and Charlie Hills after finishing fourth in the King's Stand Stakes. Only one of the three ahead of him that day lines up here, second-place Arecibo, while July Cup runner-up Dragon Symbol is back at five furlongs for the first time since May. Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint winner Glass Slippers returns to Goodwood after finishing second to Battaash in last year's contest.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: DRAGON SYMBOL

Creditable second in the July Cup, faring best of the 3yos; 1-1 over 5f; big player

l'Ormarins Queen's Plate Glorious Stakes, Group 3, 1m4f

Jim Goldie's stable star Euchen Glen steps back up in trip after landing the Listed Gala Stakes, while the Archie Watson-trained Outbox is handy over this distance and could also be a threat.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: PASSION AND GLORY

Things have clicked with impressive handicap wins last twice; may well be up to this task
