ITV Racing tips: one key runner from each of the five races on ITV4 on Friday
CF Roberts Electrical & Mechanical Services Mares' Handicap Chase, 2m4½f
Vienna Court was third behind The Glancing Queen at Bangor last time and the winner claimed back-to-back Listed wins at Warwick on Thursday. Trainer Tim Vaughan and jockey Alan Johns teamed up to win this race last year and combine with Oriental Cross.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: TIMELESS BEAUTY
Won for new yard in six-runner handicap on chase debut at Lingfield (2m4f), rallying well
2.05 Bangor
MansionBet Proud To Support British Racing Handicap Hurdle, 2m7f
Happy Hollow is out to improve on an encouraging seasonal comeback when beaten just over three lengths in second at Hexham, while Paricolor is looking to build on two second-placed finishes last month.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: HAPPY HOLLOW
Four-time winner and turn looks near in handicap company; good latest effort
Betfair Handicap Chase, 3m2f, Grade 3
The 2020 Cheltenham Gold Cup runner-up Santini will make his stable debut for trainer Polly Gundry, having made the switch from Nicky Henderson. He will face strong opposition in the form of the Paul Nicholls-trained Enrilo, a faller in last month's Ladbrokes Trophy when one of the leading fancies.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: ENRILO
Fell in top handicap 13 days ago; shaped last term as if he could have a lenient mark
3.00 Cheltenham
Glenfarclas Crystal Cup Cross Country Handicap Chase, 3m6f
Irish raiders have dominated this race in the last ten years, winning six times, and mount a strong challenge again. Henry de Bromhead has two chances with Grand National runner-up Balko Des Flos, the mount of Rachael Blackmore, and Plan Of Attack. Last month's course-and-distance winner Back On The Lash leads the home team.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: PLAN OF ATTACK
Close 4th over C&D last time despite being behind early; could improve for that experience
3.35 Cheltenham
Citipost Handicap Hurdle, 3m
Sporting John was successful in Listed company over course and distance last month when making his first start since wind surgery. Last season he won the Grade 1 Scilly Isles Novice Chase before ending the campaign with disappointing runs at Cheltenham and Aintree. Fergal O'Brien will hope Onagatheringstorm can reverse his two-and-a-half length defeat by Sporting John as they clash again.
SPOTLIGHT TIP: THE WREKIN
Creditable fifth of 20 here (2m5f); interesting candidate for 3m; headgear first time
