'She must have a good chance again' - confident Appleby backing in-form mare

Liamba scored on just her second start for Mick Appleby over course and distance last month and faces a few old rivals in attempt to follow that up off a 4lb higher mark.
The topweight had the reopposing Lexi The One (fourth) in arrears when steered to a neck success over favourite Lion Tower that day.
Formerly trained by David O'Meara, Liamba had previously finished runner up to another of today's rivals, Young John, over the same track and trip in November.
Liamba will have to defy a career-high mark of 72 if she is to turn the tables, but Young John is better off at the weights and has the services of in-form 7lb apprentice Laura Pearson.
The aforementioned Lexi The One was unbeaten in two starts at Southwell prior to her defeat at the hands of Liamba, but may struggle to turn the tables off the same mark of 71 given her winning spree began off 60.
Of the others, Mohamed Moubarak has his Newmarket team in good shape and his representative Salam Ya Faisal has looked a natural since switching to the Fibresand last month.
A two-length winner from The Retriever on his first attempt over this trip, the son of Dark Angel found only Wrath Of Hector too strong on a follow up bid off a 5lb higher mark.
What they say
Mick Appleby, trainer of Liamba
I thought the handicapper was a bit harsh putting her up 4lb for her last win there, but she seems to have come out of that in good shape and must have a good chance again even off topweight.
Mike Murphy, trainer of Young John
We think this is his best trip rather than the six furlongs he ran over last time and we have been happy enough with him at home since then. We've booked Laura Pearson to take 7lb off his back and he should run a big race.
Jack Mitchell, rider of Salam Ya Faisal
He's a big, heavy horse who has taken his time, but he's taken well to Fibresand and ran well there to be second last time. He's drawn nicely out of the kickback and looks sure to run another good race.
John Quinn, trainer of Al Suil Eile
He looked a bit unlucky over six furlongs there last time when a gap closed on him, which is why we're stepping him up to seven. We've been happy with him at home since and he has chances in a competitive enough race.
