With the Easter weekend and bank holiday Monday comes a sensational offering of racing to sit back and enjoy - so much, in fact, it could be easy to miss something. With that in mind, we run through the highlights you will not want to miss.

Monday

The Bank Holiday is all about the BoyleSports Irish Grand National, which is off at 5.00 from Fairyhouse on ATR and RTE2.

A total of 30 runners will tackle the 3m5f test, including seven who chased home One For Arthur at Aintree: Roi Des Francs, Wounded Warrior, Thunder And Roses, Measureofmydreams, Raz De Maree, Stellar Notion and Rogue Angel. Watch your bets though – 14 of the 30 are set to be carrying the Gigginstown House Stud colours.

Earlier on the card, a fine field will assemble for the Grade 2 Keelings Irish Strawberry Hurdle, including the former champion hurdler Jezki.

There is plenty to get excited about in Britain too, with seven meetings to get stuck in to. There is Flat action from Redcar and Wolverhampton and jumping from Huntingdon, Fakenham, Plumpton, Chepstow and Market Rasen.
