I'm sure he's better than he showed at Kempton, which was only his second start, but on that form he does have a fair bit to find with The Last Lion and I can't even be sure that finding that bit will be enough to trouble the principals. But I do think he's a Group-class sprinter.

We had a lot of unscheduled rain which ruled him out of the Mill Reef, so we had to revise plans and head towards the Middle Park. He'll need to be better in the Middle Park than he was in the Gimcrack. His build-up has been excellent. He's ground dependent and very much enjoys top of the ground.
