Leaves are falling and the attention is slowly turning to jumps racing, but Flat fans can focus on Nottingham and Salisbury for their kicks.

Nottingham hosts two £25,000 handicaps plus a £20,000 nursery, while Thechildren'strust - a 100-1 winner at Glorious Goodwood and a horse trainer Gary Moore thinks plenty of - returns at Salisbury.

There is also a Flat card at Naas and all-weather action from Kempton, while Bangor has a jumps fixture.
