All you need to start your day including going from all the tracks
Silvestre de Sousa, the reigning champion jockey, is always in big demand, he has seven rides at Lingfield this afternoon, but more interestingly he has just one this evening at Brighton.
That De Sousa would use one of his nine weekly meetings to visit Brighton after a full book at Lingfield is telling in itself. De Sousa wants to keep his title. The current leader is the only rider into three figures when it comes to rides this season and he has not managed that by going to meetings where he only has one ride, so the chances are he strongly believes he has a strong chance of picking up one of those things that are most valuable to title contenders, namely a winner.
Lingfield and Brighton aside there are meetings on the Flat at Leicester, Redcar, Gowran Park and Wolverhampton, while the jumping action comes from Ballinrobe.

Final thought
Given the fine form Silvestre de Sousa has been in, riding 21 winners in the last 14 days, it would not be a surprise to see him among the winners at Lingfield as well. His agent has done some job as he has a strong book of rides.
