With that in mind, The Dikler and many others were amused to discover Paddy Power's Twitter feed, which pours out plenty of the controversial 'banter' for which the bookie is famous, had been suspended on Monday night for violating the social media company’s rules.

Sister account Paddy Power Offers wrote: “The big bro @PaddyPower has been suspended for being a naughty boy!”
