Paddy Twomey has outlined his ambition to train a Group 1 or Classic winner this season and revealed that Limiti Di Greccio, one of the brightest prospects in his Tipperary yard, is being aimed at the Irish 1,000 Guineas at the Curragh on May 22.

Limiti Di Greccio went from strength to strength after being snapped up by Twomey on behalf of his major supporter Martin Schwartz and ended her campaign with victory in the Staffordstown Stud Stakes at the Curragh.

Twomey believes the daughter of Elzaam has the ability to mix it at the highest level this season.
