Top-class stayer Order Of St George is the best horse in action today, having his traditional prep run at Leopardstown.

The 2016 Gold Cup winner, who was narrowly beaten at Royal Ascot last year, has won the Saval Beg Stakes for the last two seasons and faces just four rivals as he bids to complete the hat-trick.

Goodwood stages the biggest race in Britain - its British Stallions Studs EBF Cocked Hat Stakes was once a Derby trial but leading fancies Main Street and Highbrow are candidates for the King Edward VII Stakes at Royal Ascot.

Bath and Haydock also race in the afternoon with evening action at Down Royal, Pontefract and Worcester.
