When was the last time someone with a measure of power in horseracing had a good idea? None of your jokes about Admiral Rous, please. I'm sure we don't have to go back 170 years. 

If you've got a good idea about how to engage the next generation of racing fans, our leaders want to hear from you. Apply through this newly created site and you could find yourself invited to pitch your concept at the Future of Racing summit in February. 

Does this mean racing's myriad officials, mandarins and bigwigs have run out of ideas? Ahem, let's say instead that it can be only a good move to tap racing's audience for inspiration.
