Squaring the circle of why the weighing room failed to back Frost

Toxic is about the only word that can accurately describe the fallout from the Bryony Frost case. You'd like to think that things can now only improve, although, if 2021 has taught us anything, it is that that's a dangerous assumption.

We still don't know if Robbie Dunne will appeal against his sanction.

The independent disciplinary panel emphatically concluded that Frost had been "deliberately targeted" and Dunne was suspended for 18 months, with three suspended, after being found guilty of bullying and harassing her. It's a severe hit that will, in effect, finish his riding career so don’t be surprised if this is challenged via every channel possible.
