Penhill's successful return so satisfying in marvellous week for the yard

It's all over for another year. Another Cheltenham Festival proved a resounding success for Irish-trained horses and everyone at Closutton is delighted to have enjoyed another very successful week in Cotswold country.

on Tuesday was one of the highlights of the meeting for us. He came to the meeting with a big reputation after winning all three starts over fences in Ireland and his performance vindicated everything we thought about him.

We'll be looking at Fairyhouse and/or Punchestown for him. Our horses are hitting peak form and there's plenty of good races left before the end of the season. We'll be going all out and there's the little matter of the trainers' championship too.
