My York wishlist: five things I'd like to see happen on the Knavesmire
Daniel Hill looks forward to the Ebor festival and his main hopes for the meeting

Do you have a wishlist for the Ebor meeting? I guess it's taken as read that everybody wants to back loads of winners, so that doesn't really count as an item on the list. Nor does hoping for an absence of fatalities, a healthy number of runners and glorious weather.
Leaving the above aside, which horses would you most like to see win? Which jockeys and trainers are you hoping grab some of the limelight? And in which races are you looking forward to competitive fields?
My wishlist of five is the following. I would love to witness Japanese raider Danon Decile win the Juddmonte International. Japan hasn't won a Group 1 in Britain since Deirdre's success in the 2019 Nassau Stakes, and victory for Shogo Yasuda's Sheema Classic winner would hopefully encourage more challengers from the Far East in the future – which can be only good for the competitiveness of British racing.
