Let's hope we can all unwrap our very own Constitution Hill by next Christmas

As racing considers how to leverage its newest superstar, an idea came to me based on a recent trip abroad.

As my colleague Lewis Porteous pointed out in Friday's Racing Post, the sport would be missing a trick if it didn't find a way of successfully marketing the brilliant Constitution Hill.

Inspiration could come from Hong Kong, whose International fixture this month highlighted a real contrast with British racing. When raceday arrived, the Sha Tin gift shop was buzzing with excited fans as they endeavoured to get their hands on the latest figures in its ever-evolving range of plush toys, while a fellow visiting journalist exited cradling an armful of presents remarking it had saved her Christmas shopping.
