Late-starting novice and go-to schooling rider Michael Kenneally lands first treble
Derek O'Connor highlights 'welcome' races for novice riders

Last weekend's action featured several good performances in the four-year-old division. One of the best came from the Edmund Power-trained Nova Nako, who made almost all the running to win at Dromahane.
He came home nicely clear of the well-fancied Coconut Man, representing the Jonathan Fogarty-Finny Maguire combination, who were successful in the mares' maiden half an hour earlier with Storm Queen.
Nova Nako's win was the opening leg of a first treble for rider Michael Kenneally. He landed the open on Bugs Moran for Eugene O'Sullivan before his James Condon-trained mount Howsmenoftomorro came home alone in the last race of the day.
