What was your assessment of the performance of Mohaather in winning the Greenham?
Pat Cooney, bet365 head of PR He was impressive enough and will improve for better ground as he is fluent mover, but he has plenty of pace and you’d wonder if he could be as effective over a mile. Doubtful stayers rarely win the 2,000 Guineas but he’s certainly one to take seriously at six or seven furlongs.
Charlie Fellowes, trainer He's done nothing wrong but my concern would be conditions at Newmarket would be very different to conditions at Newbury. The Greenham and Horris Hill wins came on easy ground and he’s got a bit to prove on quicker going. Conditions could change, but the ground will be rattling quick at the Craven meeting.
Chris Hayes, jockey It was a good performance. He put the race to bed nicely and the fact he ran a bit green suggested he had a bit up his sleeve. He deserves a crack at the Guineas although whether he’ll get a mile remains to be seen. He might be more of a Jersey Stakes horse.
