It's going to be a big weekend for a couple of our exciting novice chasing prospects, starting with Bellshill at Gowran Park this afternoon.

He debuts over fences in a beginners' chase over two and a half miles (3.15) and I'd imagine he will end up going up in trip as the season progresses. Then again, last season I thought he would be sharp enough to be competitive over two miles but he turned out to be a stayer, so he could prove me wrong again.
