A big thank-you to all for helping to raise Christmas card funds
I would like to thank all who helped me raise £1,500 for Cancer Research UK through the sale of my Christmas cards last festive season featuring Nicky Henderson and Sir Anthony McCoy.
I also express my gratitude to David Porter-Mackrell, stallion man at Newsells Park Stud, Kempton Park and Coolmore Stud, as well as William Haggas and Lester Piggott for their continued support.
I was lucky to be able to present the cheque to Gill Burgess of CRUK in company with Dr Inigo Martincorena and his team of scientists, all funded by CRUK, during a fascinating visit to the cancer research facility at the Genome Campus in Hinxton, Cambridgeshire.
