One trainer

Positive has always been held in high regard by his trainer Clive Cox and he looks to live up to his big reputation in Saturday's Betway Solario Stakes (3.35). The son of Dutch Art was second behind the brilliant Pinatubo at Glorious Goodwood last time.

Cox also has the big-race favourite at Beverley with Tis Marvellous in the Bullet (3.15), while Heartwarming features in the valuable opening handicap at Sandown (1.50). The Lambourn trainer also runs Hand On My Heart in a Group 3 at Chantilly.

One jockey

Plenty of the top riders feature at Sandown before heading to Chelmsford for its valuable card and no-one has a better book across the day than Ryan Moore. Perhaps his best chance of a winner is on the progressive Jubiloso, who is fancied to claim a first Group success in the Betway Atalanta Stakes (3.00).

He also has solid chances with Embour (1.50) and Ventura Knight (2.25) before partnering top two-year-old Visinari in the Solario. At Chelmsford he partners course-and-distance winner Cenotaph in its feature (7.15).

One horse

How well do you know your Argentinian form? If you do then the Sportpesa Chester Stakes (2.45) could be the race for you as Stivers makes his first start in Europe for new trainer Dermot Weld. The six-year-old won six of his 23 starts in Argentina and makes his first outing since January.

Weld has had no winners at Chester from eight runners and will be hoping to break that record with a rare British runner.

One race

With £62,250 going to the winner, there is a quality line-up for the Betfred Chelmsford City Cup (7.15), including runners from the
William Haggas, Roger Charlton and Richard Hannon yards.

The unexposed but exciting Habub is likely to be near the top of the betting, while experienced handicappers Firmament, Blue Mist and Vale Of Kent also feature.
