Frodon well backed to strike in Silviniaco Conti Chase at Kempton
Last year's Ryanair Chase hero Frodon bids to get his season back on track in the Silviniaco Conti Chase at Kempton and has shortened to a general 11-8 behind favourite Top Notch.
The eight-year-old, who attempts to return to winning ways under Bryony Frost, was well beaten on his first two starts this season but has been backed this morning from as big as 2-1.
Top Notch is 11-10 after being as short as 5-6 on Saturday morning, to win back to back renewals of the race, which has been upgraded to a Grade 2.
Dual Grade 2 winner On The Blind Side has been cut to 7-4 to land the Unibet New Uniboosts Handicap Chase (3.15) at Kempton after being available at 9-4 earlier on Saturday morning.
The eight-year-old has not won this season but posted a good effort in defeat at Ascot last time behind Riders Onthestorm. Nicky Henderson's runner, who reverts to three miles, has also won at the track and bids to post his second chase win.
At Warwick, stablemate Keen On has shortened to 11-2 (from 13-2) to make it three from three over hurdles and give the Queen big-race success in the Leamington Novices' Hurdle (2.25).
