Back to form on his return at three when a staying-on fourth behind Eminent, Rivet and Benbatl in the Craven Stakes, the Clive Washbourn-owned Contrapposto missed the rest of the campaign after finishing last in the Dante at York, but returned to action last month when finishing mid-division in the Spring Cup at Newbury.
