Owning racehorses can do funny things to you, and there is no doubt Heartbreak City has brought huge thrills to Aidan Shiels and his partners in the Here For the Craic partnership.

After winning the Ebor, Shiels stripped off in the paddock before launching into an entertaining stream of consciousness interview with Nick Luck.

The next stop for Heartbreak City was yesterday’s Melbourne Cup and in anticipation of an eventful interview, a Channel 7 television reporter was stationed next to Shiels as he and the other owners watched their horse finish second.
