Cracksman and Rab Havlin head for the Al Bahathri on Wednesday morning

CracksmanJohn Gosden

Gosden and owner Anthony Oppenheimer will make a decision about future plans for the dual Group 2 winner at the weekend. The son of Frankel gave them plenty to ponder after impressing under Robert Havlin on the Al Bahathri at second lot and the choices for the improving three-year-old remain the Arc, the Champion Stakes or winter quarters.

Very TalentedSaeed Bin Suroor

Bin Suroor was accompanied by an Emirati student from the Darley Flying Start scheme to watch the work on Racecourse Side just after 6am and it was this four-year-old who turned in exceptional homework in his spin with Leshlaa. The son of Invincible Spirit is primed for another crack at the Cambridgeshire in which he finished third a year ago.

Fire BrigadeMichael Bell

Known as 'Nee-Nah' at Fitzroy House Stables, the improving three-year-old had plenty of visitors at Sunday's Newmarket open day primarily as his box is next to that of Big Orange. The son of Firebreak enjoyed the give underfoot in his latest exercise on Racecourse Side and is earmarked for the Silver Cambridgeshire at Newmarket on Friday week.

WilsonLuca Cumani

Must be the only horse in training to be named after a volleyball who was all actor Tom Hanks had to talk to when stranded on a remote island in the film Cast Away. Cumani does not intend to go quite that far with his Brighton winner, who worked well on Racecourse Side and may head to Chelmsford next week.

Great Work!!! Muffri' Ha -William Haggas

Had a busy spring both home and away but looked to be nearing a return when impressing in a racecourse gallop on the Rowley Mile. In a workout to test the credentials of South African visitor Whisky Baron, Michael Tebbutt held sway on the five-year-old who has a Group 1 entry at the track next month.
